Wynstone Village Townhome Association

Wynstone Townhome Association is a condominium community nestled in the south side of DeKalb, lllinois in DeKalb County. We are a group of proud homeowners with a total of 47 units. Governed by 3 Board of Directors and managed by Spirit Realty, we strive to create a well run community and support our members. Our goal is to govern and make decisions to best serve our members, our units and to maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable community.
